Dear iMyFone Team, My name is Frank Cassebaum, manager and owner of Radio Hola FM in Fuerteventura. I would like to share my feedback regarding the VoxBox product, especially concerning support response times and tariff structure. 1. Support Response Times: I've noticed that the response times for support inquiries are often too long, sometimes taking days. During chat inquiries, the connection was abruptly terminated with the note that there was no more time for my questions. This experience has undermined my confidence in customer service. 2. Tariff Structure: The tariffs are not transparent and clear to me. Particularly, the difference between the 'Lifetime Plan' and the 'Month Plan' is confusing. My understanding was that the Lifetime Plan is a sort of flat rate, but it appears that the services are limited and need to be repurchased after they are used up. The upgrade price of nearly 100€ for just two additional cloning options seems disproportionate. Also, the limitations and conditions of the clones in the monthly and lifetime plans are not clearly presented. As a customer who has already invested significantly in this technology, I am concerned about the long-term use of my generated clones and the associated costs. I would appreciate a clear explanation on the following points: • What exactly does the Lifetime Plan include, and how does it differ from the Monthly Plan in terms of cloning options? • What happens to the clones after the services included in the plan are used up? • Is a more transparent and detailed description of the tariff plans planned to avoid misunderstandings? I look forward to a prompt clarification of these points, as they are crucial for my future use and recommendation of VoxBox.
